Biggest Loser Club Challenge
Okay so my Biggest Loser Club "friends" have issued a challenge. It starts today and lasts for 57 days. We are wearing a pedometer to make sure that we get our 10,000 steps in a day or at least as close as possible. Mondays and Wednesdays will be a challenge for me because I am in class and we sit most of the time. I am trying to walk on breaks, but it is hard because we only get 10 minute breaks. I am doing my 2 mile walk with Seb after school though, so hopefully that will help me out. I am hoping to have lost 10 lbs by the end of this. More would be great, but 10 is realistic. I am so looking forward to being my best me.
