The apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a study. It has 925 square feet. Its a really nice place. And a steal at $750 a month. I have been looking for a while and finally found one that was in my price range, let me have Sebastian, and had a good size floor plan.
If anyone needs help finding an apartment, use my guy Damon Brown from Austin Apartment Store. He did a lot of work to find me that place. Just thought I would plug him real quick ;)
